We use commercial-grade C9 LED light bulbs spaced twelve inches apart for a consistent, professional appearance. First-year clients purchase the lights through us, and they become your property. Our service includes everything from installation to storage. We install lights during November, with returning clients who pay their deposit by October thirty-first guaranteed installation before December first. Throughout the holiday season, we handle maintenance calls every business day, typically resolving issues within twenty-four hours. After the New Year, we systematically remove lights by neighborhood between January second and February twenty-eighth. We prioritize crew safety during winter weather, so removal may take longer during heavy snow. Your lights are then stored at our facility until next season.

Yes. Once we retrieve them from storage in November, we will bring them to your home and return them to you.
The lights cannot be refitted to a new home—they are custom-fitted and will not look good if cut and reattached. Most clients leave them as a bonus feature when selling their home. Here's how it works:
Simply contact us. We perform service calls every business day and can typically resolve issues within 24 hours.
We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule. The remainder is due after the lights are installed. We will send an invoice the day after the service and the following Wednesday we will charge the card that is on file with us.
Our schedule would be behind. In some instances we can still hang the lights if we can do it from a ladder. Reach out for an updated schedule.
