After completing your aeration service, we provide clear confirmation that work has been completed even if you weren’t home. We place a visible sign at the end of your driveway or in a prominent location showing service completion. We leave a detailed door hanger with specific information about service performed, date and time of completion, aftercare instructions specific to your service (critical for overseeding), and contact information for questions. This documentation ensures you’re informed about service details and have the reference information needed for proper aftercare.
We apply 5 pounds of grass seed per 1,000 square feet, which is a thick, aggressive application rate. For comparison, many competitors apply 2-3 pounds per thousand, and DIY homeowners often apply 1-2 pounds thinking they’re saving money on seed.
