We use commercial-grade C9 LED light bulbs spaced twelve inches apart for a consistent, professional appearance that elevates your home’s holiday look. Our service handles every aspect of holiday lighting. We install lights throughout November, with returning clients who pay deposits by October thirty-first receiving guaranteed installation before December first. During the season, we respond to service calls every business day, typically fixing issues within twenty-four hours. Between January second and February twenty-eighth, we remove lights systematically by neighborhood. Winter weather may extend this timeline as we prioritize crew safety on snowy or icy roofs. Your lights then go into secure storage at our facility until the following season.

Yes. Once we retrieve them from storage in November, we will bring them to your home and return them to you.
The lights cannot be refitted to a new home—they are custom-fitted and will not look good if cut and reattached. Most clients leave them as a bonus feature when selling their home. Here's how it works:
Simply contact us. We perform service calls every business day and can typically resolve issues within 24 hours.
We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule. The remainder is due after the lights are installed. We will send an invoice the day after the service and the following Wednesday we will charge the card that is on file with us.
Our schedule would be behind. In some instances we can still hang the lights if we can do it from a ladder. Reach out for an updated schedule.
