Our service handles everything from start to finish. We install lights throughout November, with returning clients who pay deposits by October thirty-first guaranteed installation before December first. If bulbs go out or lights need attention during the season, contact us any business day for service typically completed within twenty-four hours. After the New Year, we remove lights systematically by neighborhood between January second and February twenty-eighth. Safety is our priority during winter removal, so timing may extend during heavy snow or ice. Your lights then go into our secure storage until next season.

Yes. Once we retrieve them from storage in November, we will bring them to your home and return them to you.
The lights cannot be refitted to a new home—they are custom-fitted and will not look good if cut and reattached. Most clients leave them as a bonus feature when selling their home. Here's how it works:
Simply contact us. We perform service calls every business day and can typically resolve issues within 24 hours.
We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule. The remainder is due after the lights are installed. We will send an invoice the day after the service and the following Wednesday we will charge the card that is on file with us.
Our schedule would be behind. In some instances we can still hang the lights if we can do it from a ladder. Reach out for an updated schedule.
