If I Decide Not To Do Lights In The Future, Will You Return Them To Me?

Yes. Once we retrieve them from storage in November, we will bring them to your home and return them to you.

What Do I Do With The Lights If I Move?

The lights cannot be refitted to a new home—they are custom-fitted and will not look good if cut and reattached. Most clients leave them as a bonus feature when selling their home. Here's how it works:

The original client should contact us to notify us of the move

The new homeowner can continue the service at the returning client rate (since the lights are already fitted)

This is a selling point for the home

What Happens If Bulbs Go Out Or Lights Come Off The Roof During The Season?

Simply contact us. We perform service calls every business day and can typically resolve issues within 24 hours.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule. The remainder is due after the lights are installed. We will send an invoice the day after the service and the following Wednesday we will charge the card that is on file with us.

What If There's A Snowstorm And My Lights Aren't Installed By December 1st?

Our schedule would be behind. In some instances we can still hang the lights if we can do it from a ladder. Reach out for an updated schedule.
