We manage every step of your holiday lighting. Installation occurs throughout November, with returning clients who submit deposits by October thirty-first receiving guaranteed installation before December first. Throughout the holiday season, we provide maintenance service every business day, typically resolving issues within twenty-four hours. After the New Year, we systematically remove lights by neighborhood between January second and February twenty-eighth, prioritizing crew safety during snowy conditions. Your lights are then stored securely at our facility until the next season.

Yes. Once we retrieve them from storage in November, we will bring them to your home and return them to you.

The lights cannot be refitted to a new home—they are custom-fitted and will not look good if cut and reattached. Most clients leave them as a bonus feature when selling their home. Here's how it works:

  • The original client should contact us to notify us of the move
  • The new homeowner can continue the service at the returning client rate (since the lights are already fitted)
  • This is a selling point for the home

Simply contact us. We perform service calls every business day and can typically resolve issues within 24 hours.

We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule.  The remainder is due after the lights are installed.  We will send an invoice the day after the service and the following Wednesday we will charge the card that is on file with us.

Our schedule would be behind. In some instances we can still hang the lights if we can do it from a ladder.  Reach out for an updated schedule.
